Most coaches will tell you to set better boundaries, practice more self-care, and learn to say no. But you've tried all of that, and it hasn't touched the exhaustion — because it wasn't designed to.
When you work with me, you'll get something no wellness coach or influencer can offer: decades of medical training from someone who has spent years studying what chronic stress actually does to your brain, your hormones, your nervous system, and your ability to lead.
And I don't just understand burnout conceptually - I've lived it myself. I've asked the hard questions and come up with connections and a framework no one else has. And I approach this complex dynamic at the level where burnout actually lives — in your body, not just your calendar.
How I can help?
Burnout isn't as simple as being exhausted. Or hating your job. Or pushing yourself too hard - it's the culmination of habits that likely started in early childhood. Long before the corner office, the horrible boss or the endless charting. When years of perfectionism intersect with perimenopause,chronic stress, nutritional deficiencies and other aspects of health that most physicians overlook, the results can be devastating - I'm here to connect the dots and make sense of it all with you.
I'm not just trained as a neurologist in conventional medicine, I'm also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a certified Advanced Functional Medicine Practitioner (because I love school!), and have studied burnout, perimenopause, polyvagal theory and truly take a mind-body approach to healing.
We'll go deep into your habits, mindset, what is keeping you stuck in a constant stress cycle, and what needs to change in order to get you back to feeling like your best self. .
It can be truly scary to ask "what's not working in my life - and what's next?" but it can also be empowering and exciting. Discovering what is sapping your energy vs what is fueling you and bringing you joy? That is a superpower. Change is possible without blowing up your life or quitting your job (but I can help you do that, too, if it's the right path!). We'll start small and build from there, one incremental shift at a time. Sustainable change. Hope. A light at the end of the tunnel.
